G&G VITAMINS 'omega-3 fish oil supplements contain high-quality omega-3 fatty acids that come from zone 87 of the Peruvian anchovies and are approved by "Friend of the Sea". Each softgel contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA. The fish oils are free from heavy metals and the softgel itself is made from vegetable glycerine. Omega 3 has been found to support brain, vision and heart function and is also useful during pregnancy.
