General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries, services and offers of PureWelt through its online Shop. PureWelt does not acknowledge conflicting conditions on the part of customers, unless PureWelt has acknowledged the application of such conditions explicitly in writing.

2. Services
In the online shop you can order products for personal use in standard commercial quantities. Orders for commercial purposes are not permitted.

3. Contractual languages
The languages used in the contracts between PureWelt and the customer are German and English.

4. Contract Conclusion / Transaction of Orders
By placing the products in our online shop, we provide a binding offer for contract completion regarding these goods. The contract is concluded by clicking the "Buy" button at the last step of the ordering process. Before conclusion of the order transaction you will have access to a confirmation window showing the details of your order. With this window you can review and correct your entries.
Immediately after submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation of its receipt (order confirmation). Your contract partner is:

5. Right of Revocation

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag

an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, wenn Sie eine Ware oder mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt haben und die Ware bzw. Waren einheitlich geliefert wird bzw. werden;
an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, wenn Sie mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt haben und die Waren getrennt geliefert werden;
an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Teilsendung oder das letzte Stück in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, wenn Sie eine Ware bestellt haben, die in mehreren Teilsendungen oder Stücken geliefert wird.

Wenn mehrere der vorstehenden Alternativen vorliegen, beginnt die Widerrufsfrist erst zu laufen, wenn Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware oder die letzte Teilsendung bzw. das letzte Stück in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (PureWelt, Werkstraße 10a, D-24983 Handewitt, Deutschland, Telefon +0049-(0)32221097335, E-Mail-Adresse purewelt@purewelt.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular* verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs:

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrages bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rücksendung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen der Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglichen und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrages unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.

Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Ausschluss bzw. vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts:

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen

zur Lieferung von Waren, die schnell verderben können oder deren Verfallsdatum schnell überschritten würde;
zur Lieferung alkoholischer Getränke, deren Preis bei Vertragsschluss vereinbart wurde, die aber frühestens 30 Tage nach Vertragsschluss geliefert werden können und deren aktueller Wert von Schwankungen auf dem Markt abhängt, auf die der Unternehmer keinen Einfluss hat;

zur Lieferung versiegelter Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn ihre Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde;
zur Lieferung von Waren, wenn diese nach der Lieferung auf Grund ihrer Beschaffenheit untrennbar mit anderen Gütern vermischt wurden;

6. Self-supply reservation
We preserve a right to cancel an order if we are not supplied by our own suppliers not caused by a fault of ours and if the ordered product is unavailable. In this case you will be notified as soon as possible.

7. Delivery / Shipping
Delivery will take place at the delivery address you have provided.
When possible you will receive your order in a single shipment. If separate shipments are necessary due to technical or logistical reasons, e.g. because the items you have ordered must be packed separately or shipped differently, this will not give rise to any additional costs on your part in principle. In the case of prepayment the delivery times provided are based upon payment of the money into our bank account.

8. Prices and Shipping costs
At the time an order is placed the prices listed apply. These prices are given in euros and include the statutory VAT applicable at that time. Whether and which shipping costs are applicable to your order you may find within our shipping conditions.

9. Payment
You can pay using the choice of payment options stated in our offer. By selecting prepayment as the method of payment we will send you immediately after your order a confirmation of order and a further e-mail with payment information and banking details. We will ship your goods only after receipt of payment. The invoice amount is due to be paid to our account within 1accrue days after receiving the e-mail "Payment information". 10. Reservation of title
Until full payment of the purchase price the goods remain the property of PureWelt.

11. Warranty
In the case of defects in delivered goods statutory rights apply.

12. Data protection
Your order and the data provided with it are stored by PureWelt. All data collected by us is exclusively used and processed in accordance with our data protection provisions and in compliance with relevant data protection statutes.

13. Applicable law
The law of Denmark applies to the exclusion of the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), unless mandatory international consumer law dictates otherwise.

14. Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 paragraph 1 ODR regulation and Section 36 Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board. We do not participate in dispute settlement procedure.
