A combination of naturally derived vitamin D3 (Quali®-D) and highly bioavailable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®).
The MCT oil contained in the supplement is obtained only from oil produced from the fruit of coconut palm Cocos nucifera.

Description	Our food supplement Vitamin D3+ K2 is made with cholecalciferol, a naturally occurring form of vitamin D. It is blended with K2Vital® menaquinone, a natural, highly absorbable form of vitamin K. Both of them are dissolved in MCT obtained from 100% coconut oil. By simply taking one capsule with a meal each day, you can boost your recommended intake. Integral to the immune system and bone health, vitamin D is one of the most important nutrients in our diet. Together with vitamin K, it helps to keep our bones healthy, and vitamin D alone contributes to the absorption of calcium, healthy teeth, and muscle function. That makes getting enough vitamin D and K a priority. Usage	Take 1 tablet with water every 2 days without chewing. This corresponds to a daily intake of vitamin D3 25 µg (1000 IU, 500% NRV)
